Returns and Exchanges

At Baby League Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the items you received, we are here to help you with a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, bags, or other packaging materials.
Items that are damaged, stained, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at returns@babyleaguestore.com or call us at [Customer Support Number] within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please ensure that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

5. Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of the delivery date for items that are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Request an Exchange:

To request an exchange, contact our Customer Support team at exchanges@babyleaguestore.com or call us at [Customer Support Number].
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the size/color/item you would like to receive in exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

3. Exchange Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you for the first exchange request. Any subsequent exchanges for the same order may incur additional shipping charges.

4. Processing Time:

Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item(s) to be exchanged.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative item.

Damaged or Defective Items

1. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team at support@babyleaguestore.com or call us at [Customer Support Number] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos if possible.

2. Return and Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items:

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
Once we receive the damaged or defective item and inspect it, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
